I have a great job and I can honestly say I love what I do!
It doesn't really feel like work when you get to be a part of helping people feel better. When our mind-body system receives what it needs, a profound, deeper level of ease and happiness is created. Guiding someone out of struggle and discomfort, aligns them to a better version of themselves, that naturally creates positive changes in their lives. It is truly humbling and just magical really. My clients refer to it as "Yea-Amy Magic!" and it is steeped in my love and respect for the art and science of being a human.
I have a curious nature, a heart for helping, a humorous outlook and I am a self-proclaimed potentiality junkie who enjoys learning. These traits have allowed me to truly love what I do for more than 3 decades. My philosophy and body of work is centered around our physical, emotional and energetic alignment that powerfully impacts our own Presence. I have a geeky passion for bio-hacking the body and a unique perspective as a body translator for our personal human experiences.
I aspire to live each day to do good work in the world. I am inspired by my clients, learning and growing along with them. I like to laugh often, seek to be my best-self everyday and just bring more joy and ease to the process of being a human. All this creates more vitality and happiness in the world...and let's face it, HAPPY just looks good on everyone!
